Shipping policy

Domestic orders are processed within 1-4 business days ( Monday through Friday). We are shipping from Atlanta, Georgia so ship time for U.S. orders are between 3-7 days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. For international orders ship times are between 7-21 days depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office. 

**We do want to remind all our customers shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19**

Please make sure to summit the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Once your package has left our premises we are not responsible for them. Once the package is sent USPS and/or UPS are fully responsible and the liability is between you and the responsible shipping service you agree to allows us to send your package for you. 

However, we will do our best to help our customers find their package since all packages come with their individual tracking number. In the case of the tracking number saying package has been delivered, but has not been received, the customer can visit their local post office or contact USPS and/or UPS to file a claim.
